組織編制季度營銷規(guī)劃書(PMP),并推動相關策略的實施,驅動營銷任務目標達成。

策劃組織實施面向客戶的市場活動,并后續(xù)跟進市場活動,發(fā)現(xiàn)和創(chuàng)建來自市場活動的商業(yè)機會;

Work with MI, strategy marketing and GTS BU to understand market trends, industry know-how,competitive analysis and customer needs, to work out executable tactic planing.

Execution on tactics and campaign including physical or digital events according to business needs.

Responsible for the overall GTS target achievement;

GTS solution forecast and pipeline management: Execute marketing event follow up to identify potential customers, work with sales to generate opportunities, support brand sales to materialize the project and achieve GTS revenue target;
?
Call contacts to discuss their business environment, identify their IT needs, determine the most appropriate IBM solution, and engaging an appropriate IBM sales channel to own and close.
?
Cooperate with strategy marketing team to train, guide and support region sales activities including GTS industry solution, svc product line,value proposition,unique value from competitors and bidding processes etc.
?
Provide training of product knowledge for region sales team
?
Collect marketing intelligence and feedback to strategy marketing team to optimize local product strategies, actively involve in marketing planning and timely feedback customers' comments.

Arrange enablement of GTS related solution for team to improve selling skill, balance team work load.
